@Robin - try reformatting the card in your phone again. Also, make sure that it is securely inside the SD adapter. If none of those options work, you might have a defective card.

The card itself. When I go to "my computer" it's not there. If I put another SD card in, it is recognized.

One last addendum--in case that long rambling wasn't clear... The cards have to be exported individually, but can be sent to the phone in ONE single right-click -> send to command.

Getting vCards onto the enV2 wasn't impossible. BUT, I had to manually drag each individual card into a folder (I used the same Bluetooth folder described in the sharing portion of the tutorial), and then I was able to highlight all using Apple+A, and finally right-clicking (Option+Click) on one of the files, selecting More... and lastly, send to VX-9100.

Long story short, if you don't mind some Carpal Tunnel, export each vCard individually (drag 'n drop is fastest). Then highlight said vCards, and then do the suggested method of sending file to the bluetooth device.

I had the computer synced to a few phones through ATT and it was simple, no probs at all,. had a Razr and a Slivr and they were fine. But with this Verizon phone it wont show on my computer. I went into the Bluetooth setting to delete the initial try but nothing was there to delete and re-add. I am at a loss

@Julie - try the last four digits of your phone number. It is usually the default code for when you get a new phone.
